Andy has over 15 years’ of experience as a result-driven, senior health, safety and wellbeing leader. Andy has held senior health and safety GM roles for multinational companies with a background in Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics, Distribution and Sales.
Andy has a proven ability to transform health and safety cultures, implement positive organisational change and increase organisational capability. He was a global leader in critical risk management (bowtie) development and implementation.
He was the winner of the Safeguard New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Awards 2016 for Best Initiative to Encourage Engagement in Health and Safety, along with a number of global organisational awards for health, safety, and wellbeing.
He has a proven reputation as a professional and practical health, safety and wellbeing partner, working alongside CEOs, and senior managers and engaging with workers.
Andy has represented New Zealand as a rugby league referee with a career highlight of touch judging a handful of NRL games and refereeing an international test match.
Anna Scarth
Anna is a vastly qualified health and safety practitioner holding a number of senior roles in the UK and in New Zealand. With over 18 years’ experience across a number of industries including Construction, Infrastructure & Tunnelling, Public Transport, and Telecommunications.
Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any client she partners with.
Anna specialises in Critical Risk and Bowtie Development, OHS Management Systems, and is a technical specialist in a number of occupational health and safety disciplines, with the ability to provide expert advice.
Her curious nature means that she will take the time to understand our client's business, it’s needs and guides you to develop a path to improvement.
Anna is a machine, she has completed 3 Ironman’s, 13 marathons & countless other events.
Dave Pinchen
With over two decades of experience, Dave specialises in health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) risk management and leadership development. His expertise lies in simplifying clients HSW challenges and has done this successfully in various industries, often with complex and high-risk/high-hazard organisations. Dave has successfully implemented holistic health and wellness programs, regulatory compliance programs, and behavioural safety initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has helped organisation in New Zealand, Australia and the UK excel in their duties to manage hazardous materials, property risk, and workplace health and safety, achieving significant and award-winning results. Dave has extensive experience in asbestos management and construction health and safety, where he has proved to be a valuable asset to diverse clients such as Glaxo Smith-Kline, Shell, the Ministry of Defence and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Dave is committed to fostering a people-centric approach to health and safety, driven by a passion for diversity and allyship. In his spare time, Dave can be found at the gym or on the water, as a keen kayaker
