Andy comes with over 16 years’ experience as a result-driven, senior health, safety and wellbeing leader. Andy has held senior health and safety GM roles for multinational companies with a background in Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics, Distribution and Sales.
Andy has a proven ability to transform health and safety cultures, implement positive organisational change and increase capability within organisations. He was a global leader in critical risk management (bowtie) development and implementation.
He was the winner of the Safeguard New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Awards 2016 for Best Initiative to Encourage Engagement in Health and Safety, along with a number of global organisational awards for health, safety, and wellbeing.
He has a proven reputation as a professional and practical health, safety and wellbeing partner, working alongside CEOs, senior managers and engaging with workers.
Andy has represented New Zealand as a rugby league referee with a career highlight of touch judging a handful of NRL games and refereeing an international test match.
Anna is a vastly qualified health and safety practitioner holding a number of senior roles in the UK and in New Zealand. With over 18 years’ experience across a number of industries including Construction, Infrastructure & Tunnelling, Public Transport, and Telecommunications.
Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any client she partners with.
Anna specialises in Critical Risk and Bowtie Development, OHS Management Systems, and is a technical specialist in a number of occupational health and safety disciplines, with the ability to provide expert advice.
Her curious nature means that she will take the time to understand our client's business, it’s needs and guides you to develop a path to improvement.
Anna is a machine, she has completed 3 Ironman’s, 13 marathons & countless other events.

Brigitte has 13 years of health, safety, environment and quality experience across several different industries such as major and civil construction, telecommunications and manufacturing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a qualified ISO 9001 and 14001 auditor – so she understands how systems and humans coexist to create great businesses.
Additionally, she has a diploma in the fundamentals of computer programming which is a great benefit for clients seeking new a solution that incorporates an aspect of technology.
Brigitte specialises in assurance, strategic planning, and implementation, culture change, training, developing and empowering people. She has a knack for finding simple solutions for complex problems in complex organisations.
Brigitte is a qualified cricket umpire and has represented her province in hockey. She is passionate about food, nature, culture, all things psychological and travel.

Debra is a ‘jack of all trades’ having worked in a number of professions including human resources, teaching, learning and development, management and health and safety. Debra’s 14 years’ experience working with small to medium enterprises, construction, healthcare, forestry, retail, not for profit sectors, government departments and manufacturing makes her an asset to any client.
Debra is our go-to lady for policy, standards and procedure writing, report writing and reviews, critical risk bowtie facilitation and writing, on-line and facilitated training modules and e-learning packages.
Debra enjoys working with businesses that believe in true engagement and consultation with their people.
